The worst tour guide ever! First of all, the bus was very delayed, and when it finally came we were waiting in the bus for 30 minutes after departure time, and still no message about why! The guide did not welcome us on the bus and she did not appoligize for the delay. And her first words was that this tour would be as exhausting for her as for us, because it would be in 4 languages. The guided information during the tour was very poor, we didn't learn alot about Amsterdam, almost nothing. When we arrived at the diamant museum, the bus did not stop outside the museum, but drove down to the parking house basement, and we had to walk from there! And we were told to meet back there in one hour sharp! When we returned, the doors were closed, and none of us knew where to go because the guide was not there! Finally back on the bus, down in the basement, someone changed their seats, and the guide told us we had to use the same seats as before (why didn't she say that before we got off the bus??) Everybody tried to change their seats and it was very caothic, now the guide freaked out and instulted us, called us a kindergarden and shouting "Oh God!! Solve your own problems!!" When we got to Anne Franks house we were told by the Anne Frank-guide that they were not expecting us for another half an hour because they were told we were 30 minutes delayed, so they were very surprised when we arrived at the original time. Which means the bus tour must have been cut 30 minutes (because of the delay they made themselfs) Sorry about the bad english but I am so angry and disappointed about this.
