ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION
You can only make a reservation with a valid credit card. Your account will always be charged directly when making the reservation. If you do not want to use our payment system via the Internet, you can always contact us at info@lindbergh.nl

ABOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION
After making the reservation and payment of the booking, you need to print this confirmation which indicates your reservation number. Your reservation is then guaranteed. Your voucher serves as proof of payment for the services booked by you.

IMPORTANT
We kindly request you to carefully check the dates on your confirmation and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

ABOUT CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW - costs
You can only cancel or amend a reservation in writing. The administration fees for the hotel and package reservation amount to EUR 15,-- per cancellation or amendment. For cancellations and amendments for excursions, transfers and tickets we do not charge administration fees.

Cancellation up to four weeks prior to planned arrival:
only administration fees

Cancellation between four and two weeks prior to planned arrival:
7,5% of the total amount (plus administration fees which may be imposed)

Cancellation between two weeks and a week prior to planned arrival:
25% of the total amount (plus administration fees which may be imposed)

Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to planned arrival:
50% of the total amount (plus administration fees which may be imposed)

Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to planned arrival:
100% of the total amount

No show:
no restitution
